2. Appointments & Cancellations

Booking: Services must be booked in advance. Walk-ins are subject to availability.
Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a charge.
Punctuality: Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your appointment. Late arrivals may result in shortened services.

3. Payments

We accept major credit cards and other forms of electronic payment.
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice.
Gratuities are not included in service prices but are appreciated.

4. Gift Cards & Packages

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Prepaid packages may have expiration dates; please check the terms when purchasing.
Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.

5. Website Use

Intellectual Property: All content, images, logos, and text on our website are the property of Lake Arrowhead Rejuvenation Spa and may not be copied or used without permission.
