We provide high-quality wellness services at Lake Arrowhead Rejuvenation Spa and ensure customer satisfaction. Please review our refund policy below, which applies to services, gift cards, and products purchased from our spa or our website.
1. Services
All service sales are final. We do not offer refunds for completed spa services. However, if you are dissatisfied with your experience, we encourage you to contact us so we can address your concerns and offer a resolution where appropriate, such as a service credit or adjustment.
2. Appointments & Cancellations

Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will not incur any charges.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or failure to show may result in a partial or full charge for the scheduled service.

Rescheduling: You may reschedule an appointment without penalty if done at least 24 hours in advance.
3. Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash (except where required by law).

Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be reissued.

Gift cards may be used toward any spa service or product unless otherwise specified.
4. Products

Unused and unopened products may be returned within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Used or opened products are non-refundable, unless defective or otherwise covered under manufacturer warranty.

Refunds for qualifying product returns will be processed using the original form of payment.
5. Packages & Memberships

Prepaid packages and memberships are non-refundable once services have begun.

Unused portions may be eligible for credit or transfer upon request and at the spa's discretion.
